Motorcycle trailer build

OK people I am here looking for some advice. I am in the (rough) planning stages for a 1-3 up sport bike motorcycle rail trailer.

what i am looking at: id like to make a trailer w/ 3 c channels to potentially carry 3 bikes at a time. At worst with 3 bikes on the trailer you are looking at less than 1800 lb total at worst. Assuming If i keep the bikes 3' apart i can have two facing forward, center bike facing the rear making my most outward C channels 6' apart. 3 bikes will be a rarity most likely it will be 1 or maybe 2 bikes at any time. There will be a decent amount of steel frame/cross-members the c channels will be bolted to to keep everything stiff.

My biggest questions are:

1: i see many torsion axles are 30 or 45 deg. Does a 45 deg give more suspension travel or does it just ride higher?

2: has a trailer like this been made that has some solid pictures/blueprints to go off of

3: Am I wasting my time custom fabbing this thing or is there something out there that I could modify to work with much less labor involved by me for a fair price. Id like to not spend thousands on this thing and want a decent sized trailer tire and suspension under it as it could portentially be carrying 30,000k worth of bike at highway speeds for extended periods of time. EDIT: "decent sized" meaning a 13" radial trailer tire vs those 8 or 12 inch bias plys

Any help is appreciated.
