Advice on how to divert water in my gravity fed shower

I have a gravity shower above the bath so behind the taps is becoming very mouldy and stained with calcium (hard water area). I'd like to put a shelf or something above the taps to divert the water over them and in to the bath, but I can't seem to find anything on the market for my search terms and can't think of what to make with what parts.

Could any of you throw an idea thanks
