Ask Gadgets: We're moving into a new office and would like a modern keycard access sysetm

The office has ADT hardware installed but the previous tenant was not happy with it.

Ideally we would have a system that we could provide access to the office via people's phones instead of the keycards. It just needs to unlock the door magnetically.

If that is not a viable option I'm open to hearing about other maglock systems out there with the traditional card.
