Setting up a surveillance camera this weekend and have a few questions

I just picked up this Foscam IP camera off amazon

I want to be able to view the camera feed from a phone or tablet and I'm not too worried about that part of things.

I want to be able to save the feed to a second computer in my office and / or possibly a cloud type storage system for a short time.

Obviously I'd pay a monthly charge for a cloud based storage service when I need it but I really don't want to pay for an app or software that will cost me money each month.

Those of you that have a surveillance set up at your house, what do you use? What should I be looking at?

Any help is appreciated.
