[help] Combo outlet/switch wiring help.

I'm trying to convert a switch that only controls a ceiling fan into a switch with an outlet where the outlet is always hot and the switch still controls the fan. I did find a video on YouTube ( https://youtu.be/b1a4e8BbqU4 ) that explains how to do it with the switch controlling the outlet, but my wiring set up is a little different. I have exactly what is shown in that video except for the ground wire he attaches to the green screw. Can I still install a combo switch without it and if so how do I wire it to have the outlet always be hot?

Here is what I've got to work with http://ift.tt/1M3LFfH

I assume red is power into the switch and yellow is power out of the switch to the fan.

Edit: I found this diagram which makes me think I can just add a small wire going from the common on the switch to the common in the wall, my 2 white wires, and get it done. http://ift.tt/1eKHkPS
