I am running a gymnastics club in a shed, 24 m x 48 m, with metal walls. The roof has clear polycarbonate sections are regular intervals. When the outside temperature drops to around 1 degree or colder, and the next day the morning is sunny, I get condensation dropping onto the floor where the metal beams running across the roof run. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? I have been looking at spray-on foam, silver foil bubble insulation, or even just gluing sheets of wood from floor to ceiling thinking that by keeping the inside of the building warmer the condensation won't form in the first place.
