A little backstory here. Since our son past away last April after lots of complications from early birth I needed something to ease my mind and tried my best at woodworking. First I made a garden bench to occupy my mind with different things and after that I decided to make a side table to place over the dog cage. From the left over wood from these projects I decided to replace the Ikea table next to our couch with a small coffee table. The challenge was to use only the wood I had laying around and not to buy any additional wood.
