Need some DIY help from people who know motors and pulleys

Hi all,

I am trying to build a soil trommel to remove all the rocks from the soil in our backyard. I have all the parts except for the Electric motor and the belts and pulleys shown in this video at the linked time https://youtu.be/Cm5NaHRhVF0?t=32

I know nothing about what the parts are called or even where to source them. Everything else I have bought from our local hardware store (the local bike shop gave me the rims for free, legend)

I am in Australia, but if I knew what the parts were called I could find an online seller, but honestly I am concerned I will order the wrong thing.

It looks awesome so far, but I cant spin the damn thing :)
