In July, Wife and I purchased a 1906 Craftsman Bungalow badly in need of updating. Last owner lived here 40 years. They clearly cared for the house well, it just got away from them.
We got a good enough deal on it that we were able to make it happen. A lot of DIY and a lot of hiring professionals.
