Have to frame interior walls with metal studs, all videos seen so far only show putting up interior walls were one has access to both sides of the stud after putting it in the track. As one side will be against the interior wall only have access to one side once I lay the track (bottom and top). Should one make a frame on the floor (screw in the stud to the track)and then erect it to screw in the other side of the stud to the track or is one side screwing the studs in to the track sufficient?
