I'm trying to mount my TV on a cement wall. The first hole went without problems, but while drilling the second one I noticed that I just wasn't getting through. At first I thought it was a metal beam, but after inspection with a flash light it looks like a small rock embedded in the upper part of the hole a few cm in.
I'm using a pretty cheap drill with a hammer function. What I'm not sure about is whether I'm using the correct drill bit. I bought a Bosch drill bit for brick, can I use that in this case? How do I get past small rocks embedded in the cement?
Really appreciate any help on this.
