Just bought a house and my wife and I already have a laundry list of projects. We want to make our own built-ins to bookend the fireplace, install skirting around the deck and perhaps install our own laminate (done this before) or hardwood flooring.
If I were choosing between a table saw and a miter saw for a relative beginner, which would you recommend? And is there an affordable model in particular you can suggest for irregular use?
