Need Help Finding Replacement seat of counter stool

Someone stood on one of my counter stools and the cushion broke (dent in the middle). I flipped the chair over, unstapled my fabric upholstery, unscrewed the seat from the frame and threw it out. The chair looks something like this: http://ift.tt/294LNwC

The cushion has a tapered shape and had a "hard" bottom - a material like cork or thin plywood, to securely screw it in place.

Now I am trying to buy a replacement seat online. Every combination of "dining chair seat" "dining chair bottom" "replacement chair seat", etc, is only yielding results for soft cushions, pads, pillows - I am really struggling to find what I need.

Does anyone know of any online sources or stores to replace this seat? Thank you
