My wife was trying to open a new eye liner pen with way too much force. It broke and now I have eye liner ink on my wall. Tried rubbing it with water and soap. It's not helping. The paint has started coming off. Can anyone suggest what DIY can I do now? Don't want to lose my 1500£ deposit cuz of a 15£ liner!! Please help.
