Really stupid track lighting question

Hi. Embarrassed first post in this sub. I just bought a house, and I'm struggling with our kitchen spotlights. We have three different groups of these Halogen triple fixtures, and one light is out in one of them. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to change the freaking bulb. What's even weirder is that other fixtures in the kitchen are really easy to change. Here are some images: http://ift.tt/2am7Fbn

Anyone have kitchen fixtures like this, or know what to do?
