Hello everyone, I have a bit of a problem with my basement at the moment, it was fully converted as a living space by the previous owner (a developer)
Since we moved in we have had a slight mold problem, its the green type that just wipes off around the skirting and on floor lamps etc... so we didn't think much of it, there is an extractor fan in the ceiling that we run every now and then (the bathroom type) but we noticed yesterday there was a significant mold build up on a cat tree we have down there.
I'm considering getting a two powerful extractor fans and having one draw air in and the other draw air out to provide more ventilation to the room, would this work? any help will be much appreciated, I want to remedy the problem before we have mushrooms appearing!
