House was in flood zone up to a foot looks like the flood line. How do I go about letting the walls breathe ?

My neighbor got 2 feet of water and her house is soaked and smells bad now. My house does not stink and smells great and the flood like is about under a foot on my house but I can't find evidence of any water entering my house? My garage is soaked but I don't see evidence that the water touched the inside walls.

My neighbors contractor friend tells me I should cut 2 feet up around the inside of my house to remove the dry wall and expose the insulation to let it dry and spray it all down with bleach to stop mold?

Edit: the wall has receded it's gone, we've been allowed to go back today. Baton Rouge, LA
