Anyone on here know how to fix this?

I'm not sure if this is the approptiate subreddit, but here's the situation.

My Gf has a HTC One M7, and while listening to music, the jack broke into the port. She went to Best Buy and they couldn't even pull it out. Does anyone know a way of getting it out of there? Had this happened to anyone else?
