Hey, I'm looking for some advice on building a...I don't even know what it's called. I've tried googling it up and down and the only thing kinda close to describing it is an LED whiteboard.
I want to build something like this that you see in old battleship CICs.
I want an illuminated piece of glass that is in a frame that I can use neon dry-erase markers on. What I don't want is something like this.
I want to be able to see through both sides of it.
I'm thinking this should be simple enough. Get some glass or plexyglass, some blacklight LEDs, run them around the side, frame it, and then that should be that.
Has anyone made anything like this before? Any advice?
