Need to pressurize liquid in bottles - can I use a standard aquarium pump?

I'm looking to pressurize the contents of some bottles. My plan is to have a rubber stopper in the bottle with two tubes: one leading to the output valve, and the other would supply air pressure (to force the liquid out of the bottle, through the valve). I'm trying to decide on the best way to pressurize. I need about 5 PSI in each bottle, and I plan to have 5-6 bottles pressurized at once... Could I just hook up an aquarium pump to the bottles for a minute and run it to build up some pressure? Is there some other cheap way to maintain 5 PSI in my bottles?

Thanks!
