We currently have a concrete hearth that sticks up above floor level and is very uneven and raw. I love the look of polished concrete and would like to pour one over the existing mess to give us a sleek, modern finish. Also, it's cheaper than stone right?
So, how easy is it to polish concrete poured in place? What am I going to have to bear in mind?
