[Help] installing a new electrical outlet, existing box has both top holes used

I need to install another electrical outlet a few feet above the existing baseboard outlet for a TV. The existing outlet ( http://ift.tt/1AvGc9F) has both of the top holes already used. It's attached to the stud.

What are my options? Somehow fishing through one of the bottom holes? I'm assuming two cables in one hole is not up to code (Canada).

Any help is greatly appreciated.
