Anyone familiar with OPO customerservice in Europe? Since Eu has strict regulations on customer protection, I'd like to hear has anyone actually received any kind of compensation whatsoever. My device wont turn on just after two days of use, and OPO service told me to send them a video about the problem. Which I did a week ago.
