I bought an Rca smart tv about a week ago. Everything was fine until yesterday when it started doing something strange. Whenever a show ends instead of autoplaying the next episode, it cuts to the main screen that bounces around "please scan channels." I've tried everything I can think of (thought I'm not the most technological person). Any ideas or suggestions? Netflix is the only thing it's used for at the moment.
