What do I use to make lasting lines on a warehouse floor? Please help, nothing has worked!

I work in a warehouse that doubles as a purchasing area. Customers push steel carts in all day and forklifts are in and out. The floors get scraped up and I understand that next to nothing can withstand that (at least I think i understand). I've tried all different types of paint from home depot and nothing lasts more than a month or two. Are there any special types of coating materials or tricks that I can try?
