I wanted to spice up my sons room but have very minimal artistic skill. So I setup a projector, found a black and white image I liked and went to work. I traced the original image with a sharpie paint marker. I then used a sponge paint brush to fill in what I had outlined.
Total cost of the project was around $30. It took a pint of paint, sharpie, 2 sponge brushes, and I borrowed the projector from a friend. The idea came from a previous DIY of someone who did this with Samurai. Pictures of the work are here http://ift.tt/1FNEMbN
