How does Amazon feel it's appropriate to have a streaming video service just like Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now, etc., and yet where all of those services work on most streaming boxes, Amazon's service doesn't support any of the modern streaming boxes released this year? I refuse to throw my hands up and buy a Fire TV because I think it sends a very bad message to Amazon that this is acceptable behavior. If you want to be a player in the emerging streaming video world, FFS don't lock down your service to your hardware!
