[help] How to install aluminum screen against hardiboard and posts with trim?

I'm planning on screening in the whole 10x10ft patio using aluminum screen channels, like EZ Screen stuff

As you can see though, the house side has hardiboard and the posts outside have trim on the top and bottom.

What would be the best way to apply the aluminum channels against these?
