Vote up if you can recomend a good camera phone under 400 bucks.

I'm about to buy a new smartphone but my mind can't decide which phone to get. I want my phone to have a good camera and good specifications . I'm a heavy camera user and i want something portable to carry around everywhere.

So what do you recomend?
