Bought a desk from craigslist. Seller was super creepy and smelly, fair few stains on the surface, how do I make it safe for use?

I have sprayed with disinfectant, and wiped down with anti bacterial surface cleaner and paper towels.

Its now outside airing out. What else can I do? There are a couple of ominous gross stains that I can't get off, and he had dirty underwear in the drawers.

Im not comfortable using it yet I dont think. especially putting my own clothes in there.
