I put paintable wallpaper on a plaster wall (after having primed it) last week. Today, I apply another primer to the wallpaper so I can paint it and as soon as the wallpaper gets wet, I get bubbles everywhere. So far, it's been about an hour since I started and they aren't going away. Will they disappear by themselves? If so, I'll do the rest of the room. If not, then I guess I won't.
