My boyfriend and I are building an apartment in his parents' large attached garage. The floors are bare concrete but have no oil or stains as the space was only used for storage. We have a tight budget and were looking into either painting or staining the concrete. I've heard about epoxy flooring as well but I'm not sure how expensive or difficult it is to apply.
Also, if staining or painting the concrete is the best way to go, what is the best brand or product to use?
