So, I'm working on cutting the tops off of painted beer bottles, sanding the edges, and spraying them down with dishwasher-safe clearcoat. However, on some of the bottles, I've scratched a little farther down the glass while sanding. What can I use to buff scratches off of the inside/outside edges of a glass cup?
