I'm a rookie at this sort of thing so bear with me.
Bought a cheap TV stand kit online- two long boards as the base and top with eight smaller ones between, all secured with cam and dowel. Halfway through and the thing just seems too flimsy at the joints where any two boards connect. Would I be crazy to just get some L- shaped brackets and screws to secure all the corners? Or will it look fine once I'm done? The cost to return is about the same as the price of the set so I'm stuck with it. Any feedback would be great. Thanks.
