Hi, there. We have hollow core doors that need some serious updating. I've seen a lot of DIY sites that show how to add trim, and then I stumbled upon a ton of these glorious old window panes in the basement:
Would be great to repurpose these by adding them to the doors, and it would save time. My question is about placement...the rectangles here are sort of small, but it seems like there's a way to incorporate these by cutting them apart. Should I cut out the smaller rectangles and leave space between them? Should I cut the insides out to create larger rectangles? Four panels or six? Just looking for options and I don't quite trust me own eye. The end plan is to paint the doors black.
Thanks for any advice you can give!
