Holes in my floor! What's the best coverup?

I had a metal chair and it went straight through the floor over the years. I never really bothered (yep, that's me) but now I'm redoing my room and now it's in the middle of the room instead of next to my desk. So how would you guys fix something like this? http://ift.tt/29aNusm
