Thing that lies around a device to make it flush with surface

Alright people, I am trying to figure out what the specific structure that lies around a device to make it flush with a surface is called. Through that description everyone probably knows what I mean, but for the slow people I included a picture (http://ift.tt/2b84HFf). I'm talking about Part B which is only there to make the the switch (A) flush with the wall. I want to have a outer edge like that with a female USB port. Any help is better than none. Ty :)

Update: Alright you guys have been a huge help so far, thanks. To be more specific I should say that I'm not looking for an outlet sized cover plate. I want a tiny rim around the female end of the USB to make it flush. I can't work with a "rim" as big as the ones in a outlet. Either way you guys have helped me put my messed up thoughts into words

Update 2: "USB Panel Mount". (http://ift.tt/2aPMqOa) Yes, I need to learn how to link stuff. Thank you for the help boys and girls
