I do a lot of Skyping and have gotten used to the freedom of being able to wander the apartment while I talk. After a couple years of heavy use, the headset has stopped charging, apparantly due to damage to the microUSB connection (I hoped it just needed a new battery, but no such luck). I liked this headset a lot and would gladly get a new one, but looking online this problem seems fairly common, so I thought I'd ask the hivemind.
So how about it? Should I get a new one or has a better headset along these lines (and at about this pricepoint) come out in the last couple years? Or better yet, does anyone know how to repair the damaged charging port?
