My thoughts on the 4K / UHD controversy if anyone cares.


First off there is plenty of 4K content available, stop saying there isn't. If you are shopping for a TV today and aren't planning on buying another in a few years then it's a no brainer if you can afford it, buy for the future. If you want the best TV spec wise then it's going to have a 4K panel, deal with it. You can get a flagship 55" Sony 4K TV for ONLY $1500, that's ridiculously cheap considering how great the picture is. I don't care if a TV has 4 or 4 million pixels, just buy the one that looks the best. -End rant.
