I'm wanting to buy my boyfriend the Samsung galaxy tab S 10.5 because he's been really crushing on it lately and won't admit he wants it (haha) so I thought I would treat him this Christmas to one... however, I have a dilemma and am hoping someone can help me out. I've tried to research h these answers from retailers online and by going but can't really find the answers I'm looking for... He would like this tablet with 3g/4g data (in addition to the wifi capabilities it already has). My problem is that right now amazon has this specific tablet for $349 and best buy for $399. However, neither say much about how I can add data except for just buying it with the data plan...but if I buy it one of their carriers like Sprint or Verizon, I no longer can get that deal and the device is almost at full retail price :( I'm wondering, can I buy the tablet then add the data plan later on it?
