Changing the way an exterior door swings

Is it possible/easy to change the way an exterior door swings?

In our previous house, we bought a new exterior door, and had an all weather proof dog door installed. When we moved, we replaced the door and brought the door (and frame) with us so we could reuse. Unfortunately, the door that we want to replace is a left-handed inward swing and this door is a right-handed inward swing.

Is it possible to change the way the door swings by moving the hardward? Or will we need to buy a whole new door/dog door. I know we can just replace the door and have it swing in as intended, but I think that would look silly and be awkward with the current layout.
