I'm not sure if "templates" is the right word since I've been googleing and not finding what I'm after.
Nevertheless. I need a program for my DIY project that lets me design patterns in exact cm/mm and then be able t print it out on a A4 paper. For example. I need to make a bunch of 3mm circle that are aprox. 1.5-2mm apart from each other and then print it out on a A4 to use as a template.
