What is better deal Amazon Fire Phone or iPad Mini 1 ? Both are for 200$

Hi,

I am in China and Google , Youtube , Facebook , Instagram is blocked anyway so Lack of Google services in Amazon Fire doesn't bother me so much .

But I want to know what is better Deal out of these 2 devices for 200$ ? Amazon Fire (Unlocked GSM) or iPad Mini 1 (16GB) ?

I will use primarily for listening to MP3 , Watching Videos and Playing Games (maybe most of time) .... I jailbroke iPads and iPhones before (cause I don't have money to spend on Apps like 6$ for a Game like GTA is alot for me .... I can buy 4-5 Meals in China with that money)

For Fire it will be way easy to install APPs , I just have to download APKs from websites , put in SD card and install

And I know putting Music is hard on iOS devices , but I use and Alternative App called , iTools to copy music , PDFs ,etc. quickly on my iPhone
