[help] Grasscloth wallpaper and installing new baseboards. Which comes first?

I'm fixing up the living room with new baseboards and also hanging grasscloth on the walls. This is my first experience doing both tasks. My instincts told me to replace the baseboards first, then do the wallpaper, so that I don't damage the new wallpaper when laying in the boards. I was all set to launch into this when a friend of my mother's said I should actually do the wallpaper first, because it can curl at the edges and the new baseboards would help hold it down. But to me this seems like if I ever wanted to remove the wallpaper, I'd wind up with bits of it trapped under the boards. I did some research and didn't see this bit of advice come up anywhere, though I did find other tips for how to deal with curling. http://ift.tt/1AUf2ql So, which should come first?
