[Request] Electrical plug is difficult to pull out of extension cord.

The plug of my car's block heater requires quite a bit of force to pull out of the extension cord. Is there anything (like an electrically safe grease) I can add to the prongs to make them easier to pull apart?

I should be able to work in -40C conditions.
