i need to glue two pieces of Marine Vinly to each other (two layers, Bolton of one to top of the other). What is the best type of glue/cement to use? I'd like something that holds very strong (want to movement). Also something that can withstand weather is a plus (it will be outside at all times when done). Thanks.
