Here is the door handle in question
The problem I'm having, is that when I am turning the handle, the cube shaped piece of metal which goes through the door turns, but this has no effect on the latch.
However, when I took the handles off the door and fiddled around a little I found that if I turn the cube shaped piece of metal the wrong way then the latch retracts like it should, does anybody know how i could possibly fix this?
