For those with experience with Behr Marquee, is it really one coat coverage?

I'm doing a basement finish and was thinking of going with this. It's $40 per gallon so it would be cheaper if it only needs one coat. We are going with a darker shade and flat finish because we are installing a projector and don't want any shine to the walls.

So, is the advertising true? Do you only need one coat?
